Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in your account — including real-money funds, bonus credits, and pending withdrawal amounts — may be forfeited at tp555's discretion, subject to the nature and severity of the breach. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, tp555 will process any remaining real-money balance to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
